Week 8 – AI Usage Reflection

Overview

In Week 8, our team defined how we will use AI tools responsibly during the implementation phase of our project. The goal is to ensure that AI supports our learning and development without replacing our own work or decision-making.

Ethical AI Usage Plan

Our team plans to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude in a responsible and limited way during project implementation. We will not copy or directly use AI-generated code. Instead, all code included in our project will be written and understood by our team.

We may use AI as a support tool for debugging, understanding concepts, and exploring possible solutions. For example, AI may help identify errors, explain logic, or suggest approaches, but it will not be used to generate final code. Any suggestions provided by AI will be carefully reviewed, tested, and adapted to fit our project requirements.

We will verify all AI-generated information by testing it independently and ensuring it aligns with our design and functionality goals. This ensures that our implementation remains accurate and reliable.

Our final project will reflect our own decisions, structure, and understanding. AI will only assist in learning and refinement, not in completing the project itself. We remain fully responsible for all design and development work.
